And just like that, the first month of 2018 has passed us by.  January is always a month of rest for me.  I love the quiet, short days spent reading books, drinking hot tea, and staring out the window after months of travel and work and the holiday hustle.   But it's also a month where I struggle to find inspiration, avoiding the outside world because it's just too cold.  Fortunately, we had a few warm(ish) days mixed in with the bitter cold and the bomb cyclone snow storm.  Good bye quiet January, I hope you take your winter storms with you on your way out.
