The Saltwater Retreat Women's Photography Workshop

We are just days away from the start of the 2018 Saltwater Retreat.  I can't even begin to describe how excited I am for these 6 women with a passion for photography to gather for a week of shooting, inspiring, heart felt discussion, and creativity.  Last year at the 2017 retreat, we had the chance to photograph colorful skies, small town life in Manteo, and the final days of the Frisco Pier.  We spent hours chatting about everything from how to shoot on manual mode to how to build a photography business.  We opened our hearts to each other, gaining not just a collection of photographs, but a collection of lifelong friends.  I'm so excited for the 2018 ladies to have this experience in the week to come.

The Saltwater Retreat is a women’s photography retreat and creativity workshop designed to educate, inspire and help you become the photographer you long to be. Held on the shores of Virginia Beach and the Outer Banks of North Carolina, this is chance for women photographers to spend a week immersing themselves in the craft of creating photographs without the distractions of home, this photography trip is more of a vacation than a workshop.
