After our morning visit to Roan Mountain, we headed towards the Linville Cove Viaduct.  A must see on an visit to the Blue Ridge Parkway, we had a great view of the incoming storms approaching from the west.

From the Viaduct, we rushed to find the short hike to Roaring Creek Falls and found ourselves getting caught right in the middle of a huge downpour.  I managed just one photograph before we booked in back to the car, soaking wet.
