The Cape Henry Lighthouse and Sunset at Fort Story

Fort Story is a magical place.  I remember my first time there in third grade when we were studying local history.  I returned later when friends got married in the officer's club.  But again years passed before I went back.  In the last couple of years, I've tried to make it a spot I visit at least once or twice.  The lighthouses are incredible, each unique in it's own way.  It wasn't until the past year or so that I really developed an appreciation for the beaches at Fort Story.  The beach offers a unique vantage point for the both the "new" lighthouse and the setting sun.  Sunset doesn't really line up in just the right spot, but you can usually find a place to make it work.
