I’ll admit that I purchased the Lensbaby Velvet 56 on a bit of a whim. Thinking a new lens would inspire me but instead it sat unused for a while. One day when planning to visit the Norfolk Botanical Gardens, I decided that I would only bring the Velvet and I’d experiment with all the lens was capable of. I instantly fell in love with the versatility of the lens and knew it would replace my long neglected macro lens.
