Farm Trails Days in Petaluma

McEvoy Ranch Olive Farm

McEvoy Ranch Olive Farm

This spring, we drove up to Petaluma to experience Farm Trails. Farm Trails is a day when many farms open their doors to visitors, offering free tours and samples of their products. We’d been itching to visit an olive farm, so our first stop was at McEvoy Ranch Olive Farm. McEvoy Ranch is everything we had dreamed of in an Italian olive farm, smack dab in the United States. The grounds and buildings were absolutely breathtaking and the olive oil was delicious.

Following McEvoy Ranch, we visited Bees and Blooms a cut flower farm with a lavender maze! I so wished I had a drone to capture the shape of the maze, but sadly I couldn’t do it justice. The fields were full of beautiful blooming flowers, though!
