Discovering Gamble Gardens

I stumbled upon Gamble Gardens late one fall afternoon as the sun was dropping out of view. The gardens were awash with golden light, filled with the remains of a season full of beauty. While standing in awe of the beauty, I was also disappointed that I had discovered this gem at the end of it’s season. But, in California, there is promise of pieces of summer year round, so who knows just how long the flowers will stick around.
