5 Days of Food, Fun, and Friendship in South Carolina

In late January, I had the incredible opportunity to attend a foodie workshop taught by Helene Dujardin in South Carolina.  The workshop covered all things food, from cooking to styling and photographing.  Our group of 5 included bloggers and photographers who all shared one thing... our love of food.  We spent 5 days in a house on the beach near Charleston, SC.  Chef John Ondo kept us well fed and our sets full of beautiful food and Libby Stephens worked tirelessly to make sure all of our needs were met.  Helene kept us busy shooting two sets a day, constantly helping us with propping, styling, and set creating.

On the final day of the workshop, we went to the fishing docks to pick up dinner.  We had some time to explore the area and get a real feel of the low country.

It was an incredible experience and I left feeling enriched and excited to put all that I learned into practice in my own kitchen!
