Somesville Bridge: The Most Photographed Bridge in Maine

In preparing for our photography trip to Maine, one of the locations which kept appearing in my research was the Somesville Selectman’s Bridge. Dating back to the 1700s, this beautiful bridge now stands on the grounds of the Somesville Historical Museum and Gardens. This quaint little spot makes your mind wander to a simpler time when you might cross the bridge on the way to tea at the neighbors.
